2.      Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance Kalagya Arts and Crafts. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3.      Payment: Payment terms are as agreed upon between Kalagya Arts and Crafts and the customer. Payments are due upon order confirmation unless otherwise specified.

4.      Price: Prices for products are as quoted by Kalagya Arts and Crafts .Prices are subject to change if any additional work or any change in order.

5.      Shipping and Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change based on availability of materials and production schedules. Kalagya Arts and Crafts is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, transportation delays, or natural disasters.

6.      Returns and Refunds: We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products. Customers must notify us of any issues within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

7.      Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights associated with Kalagya Arts and Crafts are owned by Kalagya Arts and Crafts. Customers may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these without prior written consent.

8.      Quality: We strive to maintain the highest quality standards for our products. However, as our products are handmade, variations in color, size, and design may occur.

9.      Limitation of Liability: Kalagya Arts and Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan,India.

11. Amendments: Kalagya Arts and Crafts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

12. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
